Dip Handle

Pull up Bar
The pull-up is a common basic exercise, but it doesn't have to be easy.
Hang from a pull-up bar with your arms fully extended. The bar should be high enough so that your feet won’t touch the ground. Take a deep breath, then exhale as you pull yourself up. Pull your chin above the bar. Inhale as you lower yourself back to the starting position.

Battle Rope
The battle rope training is a combination of aerobic and anaerobic training, which can greatly increase the heart rate in a short period of time. Battle rope training is also more friendly to people who are overweight and it will not put a lot of stress on the joints like running. Bench Press
Lie on the bench, your eyes should be roughly aligned with the front of the barbell rack uprights. Your hips, shoulders, and head are flat on the bench, and your spine is neutral.Pull your shoulder blades back and behind you and hold the bar in your forehand, placing your thumb on the outside of your clenched fist. Your upper arms are about 45 degrees from your body.Remove the bar from the rack and hold your elbows in place. Remember not to move the bar directly from the functional rig to your chest.
Inhale as you lower the bar to your chest.Extend your arms as you exhale and press the barbell to your chest. Look at the ceiling instead of the bar.Lower the bar so it is over your chest. This is the starting position for the next bench press.
